- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆26.10.2018Ashley SearleTraveled from London to view a property in Liphook on a Saturday. Viewing was booked in for 3pm with the vendor due to show us around. Did a drive by of the property at 2:10pm between viewings and the vendor was in. Arrived at the property at 2:50pm and there was no answer at the door. Called the agent and left a voicemail as the office is shut at that time on a Saturday! Hung around at the property until 3:25pm but no one showed up.
Received no call from the agent on the Monday apologsing and responding to the voicemail. The property then showed up as sold on Rightmove.
We wasted a day travelling down to visit a property, terrible communication and service. Please avoid.
